That 5.26 in. (133.604) mm stone had to be surgically removed, as a 4 mm stone has an 80% chance of passing on its own, and a 5 mm stone has a 20% chance of passing without assistance. I know, not just from nursing school, but I’ve had over five stones. One was 10 mm, but it broke up before I could schedule lithotripsy. BTW, they hurt.

Which was more expensive and/or futile, the sample of the Earth’s mantle or the sample of an asteroid a billion miles away?

In theory, physicists knew that antimatter should behave just like matter under gravity’s pull. But until now, no one had ever seen it happen.

Do you paint the rest of the house to match or contrast the boulders?
And what is their insulation R value?

After the sample of the Earth’s mantle, the Mole Men came up the hole and Luke Benson went rabid.

They found a 90 mile long 5 billion ton kidney stone in the earth’s mantle. That’s why we’ve been having all these earthquakes.

STRANGELY BELIEVE IT
When Beavis and Butthead saw the sectional diagram of the subterranean Earth, one said to the other…. “Crust, Mantle, Outer Core, Inner Core.”
The other answered…. “Heh heh heh…. You said ‘inner core’….”

I’m surprised they didn’t use the ultra-sonic probes to shatter the stone so it could be extracted laparoscopically

Doesn’t the Earth spit those out every time a volcano has an eruption?
