Nail perhaps struck upon head!

I’m with the gorilla.

At the first zoo where I worked, a hummingbird hit a viewing panel inside the gorilla exhibit. A young male gently picked it up and brought it to the zookeeper.

It survived!

A moment to stop and reflect on our own blindness.

Sad commentary on what’s happening to the world’s tropical forests…

Gorillas are great apes.

The semi-intelligent primates will never understand

Yeah, humans suck. We invented war crimes after all. Also war.

Also capitalism.

They may do some fierce slapping when defending their territory, but they are a quieter bunch than chimpanzees.

The actual gorilla just protected the kid and didn’t let the others get too close.
