So you “beat the rap” yesterday Fred!

Food is always better when their are guests in the house.

I told you the other day she would go out of her way to make him happy and feel at home. Make the most of it because it will be back to normal soon. Although you have never had too many complaints.

Ah, Fred, my friend, as we know already your future (yes, online thingies do serve as a crystal sphere in your case up to a certain point) we already know that Jock AND Yorky and a couple of cats (YES!!!) will stay over a lot. There will be plenty of delicious food, romping over the place, snoring together and first of all having fun and more rests in front of a lovely fire. But, I guess, it is a good thing that you are not aware of it yet. Where would be the fun in that?

For the first time, we see Fred enjoying Jock’s stay. It reminds me of a Calvin and Hobbes strip in which Calvin’s uncle Max was visiting. Calvin was saying to Uncle Max, “I wish you could stay forever.” Uncle Max replied, “What a sweet thing to say. You’re all right, Calvin.” Calvin then explained, “Mom doesn’t shout at me when you’re here.”

Fred not to worry for we see many Sausages for you and the Lads in the days to come :-)

I don’t remember with food so much, but we saw more sights in our hometown when company came than in normal life.
