It’s the Freedom is Slavery caucus, Gorrell.

And they are all Republican heroes.

    .

Besides, they are only following the instructions of Your Messiah.

You embraced them when you thought you could benefit. Usually when you sleep with dogs, you end up with fleas, and when you fraternize with serpents, you tend to get bitten.

Anti Freedom Caucus, from a party where many of it’s members asked Orange Traitor for pardons for crimes they committed. I’d say allegedly, but no one asks for a pardon that hasn’t committed a crime.

Good luck with that. The Freedom Caucus is the new Nazi Party in America.

This is all part of the plan: Sow chaos and then convince the American people that only Trump can fix it.

Actually, Matt Gaetz isn’t a member of the Freedom Caucus. But don’t let these niggling little details get in the way of a good rant, Gorrell.

McCarthy embraces massive 70 percent cut to home heating assistance to appease MAGA caucus

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy is reportedly embracing drastic measures to avoid a government shutdown, including a massive 70 percent cut to a program that provides assistance to lower income families who have trouble affording heat during the winter. The Washington Post reports that McCarthy has decided to push through a number of cuts demanded by far-right members of his caucus with the hopes of getting enough votes to avoid a shutdown of the House over a spending bill – despite the fact that the proposed cuts would likely be doomed in the United States Senate.

But keep those big juicy republican tax cuts for rich people that the middle class will have to pay for

House GOP shutdown demands include gutting billions from Dept. of Education, costing over 200,000 teachers their jobs

As House Republicans move closer to shutting down the federal government at midnight on Friday the details of their spending cut demands are becoming clearer, including their largest single target: the U.S. Department of Education, and specifically, a program that funds schools for low-income children. As Semafor’s Jordan Weissmann explains, “Republican hardliners are pushing the government toward a shutdown so that they can force frontline members of their party to take a symbolic vote in favor of cutting federal funding for low-income public schools by 80%.”

But keep those tax breaks for rich republicans and make the middle class pay for them.
