Your lucky in America! Here in England they started the Christmas adds and films on November 1st. Then the idiots wonder why people don’t enjoy it so much. It’s a wonderful life was on yesterday!!

Patience is a virtue, I guess.

It’s the same thing that happens with my cat… but she doesn’t wait: she gives repeated attacks and pleading looks.

I like today’s title card with Garfield being erased and an expression on his face which seems to reflect this.

It just needed a three year old to be perfect.

A little tag team always helps.

The most they’d get at my house is some beggin strips in the morning and maybe some steak like portions at midday. The big meal’s not till supper.

That’s an accurate representation of how things are at my house except I’ve got 2 pit bulls…..

This is a perfect example why pet owners don’t get the extra hour of sleep when we drop back from Daylight Saving Time.

I remember a few of those strips. I was 27 at the time, had just graduated from college (I had a late start) and was starting my job with a large school district. I retired from there in 2004.

Good to see Garfield and Odie team up with each other to wake Jon.

Next you gotta wake him up because you want some sleep.

I feed my pets with a timer machine – no stares or walking on me to get fed – and no chance of getting extras by whimpering at other family members. Had a dog that was a great scam artist.

When you want to sleep late, but reality refuses to cooperate.

My brother and I used to wake our sister by staring at her. We wouldn’t make a sound. Just stand and stare. It would wake her every time and she would be so mad we had to run.
