I like a noble turkey love hats.

Well, dressing IS an important part of turkey.

Hey, why do Turkeys wear hats with buckles? I guess I’ll have to do a search on Gobble.com.

There’s a Bugs Bunny cartoon called “Forward, March Hare”, where the wascally wabbit is accidently drafted into the US Army. One of his assignments is to clean and dress a group of chickens for an officers’ dinner-dance that night. Well, when the CO returned, the chickens were dressed, all right—in full dress, including silk top hats and monocles!! Very funny cartoon, where the CO was steadily demoted by his colonel from master sergeant to private!!

Reminds me of that tune. “Turkey in the straw hat”. ;-)

Everybody loves a sharp dressed – turkey.

Because turkeys wearing backward baseball caps would look stupid.

Pilgrim capotain hats did not have a buckle. That was added almost 300 years later in drawings.
