Violets are blue.

Roses are red , Violets are blue. Most poems rhyme, but this one doesn’t. ☺

It doesn’t have to rhyme if it’s free verse.

He didn’t get paid either, so it’s really cents-less. If it doesn’t smell, it’s scents-less too.

In the early eighties Eugene, Oregon had a spree of graffiti being written on walls in the downtown area. All the graffiti was puns using the qword spam. SPAMTRAK, SON OF SPAM, etc. The local paper did a story on it and asked the police about it. The police theory (I’m not making this up.) was disgruntled Korean War veterans.

That’s positively criminal.
