When did Steinbauer become president of the HOA? Last time I checked, he was still just a run-of-the-mill annoying neighbor.

HOA = Homeowners Annoyance

For Halloween more people should be hanging the HOA (effigies?).

So throw it in Steinbauer’s trash can…if the legend is true then HE should be the one that is haunted…

A couple of days after a hurricane, an HOA fined a house for not cleaning up the felled trees. Crazy people.

A herd of cows, a murder of crows, a Karen of HOA.

1) Steinbauer’s pitch is why I’d rather be homeless than EVER be in an HOA. 2) I really hope the smarmy doof tries to toss it himself. He’ll sing a different tune.

It appears Steinbauer is not following proper procedure. There have to be at least 20 letters sent to the violator before actions like his are taken. I know this as a chronic HOA violator myself.

Another reason I don now nor ever willingly live in a HOA controlled neighborhood.

Why is it when Steinbauer talks, my brain hears Newman?

OMG! Steinbauer has eyes!

So throw it away in Steinbauer’s can and let HIM get haunted!

HOAs are policed by dictator wannabes . Lived in one once… never again!!

President of the HOA, aka, Public Enemy #1. Send the pumpkin after him, along with Freddie, Chucky and Jason so that they might eradicate what is truly evil from the world.

This is why I told you to sneak it over to Steinhauer’s porch.

Steinbauer has been the next door neighbor of Ralph for how many years? Still he doesn’t know what happens?
