Found a “pizza farm” in Missouri, in an article: “12 of America’s Best Pizza Farms”. Weirdly, it referred to it as being in “the Mid-South”.

How do the pizza farms schedule the various harvest/butcher/aging seasons? “The wheat is ready, but the mozzarella needs another 90 days, and the pork sausage hasn’t been weaned yet.”

I have been to Picklesburgh, it was a hoot. I don’t much care for pickles, but just the oddity of the event made it fun.

The concept of the pizza farm is ruined if they don’t use a proper 900°F pizza oven.
