They’ve got it all under control, the same way all the comments have it covered so far. I agree that if you want to see people’s faces in person, then provide an incentive for them to be there.

I have always preferred in-person meetings over electronic ones no matter what the platform. But I will take a video conference over a phone conference anytime. People are so hard to understand if you cannot see their body language.
