A recent reprint showed that Spike likes slugging Sluggo but objected to a big dog picking on a smaller one. He obviously doesn’t object when his own dog is the bigger dog.
The only way to stop a bully is to stand up the bully. Whether it is a kid in school, or the neighborhood, or at work, a “peaceful protestor” burning and looting, or another country. Otherwise they get entitled and keep doing it.
