Whether or not you are celebrating New Year’s in a dry sauna, here’s hoping it’s a wonderful time and the start of a great 2024!

Lots of saunas in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan; but no deep snow so far in 2023. Unusually snow-less winter thus. No 300 inches+ in 2023/24.

Even in the auroral zone, you can’t rely on a northern lights display. You need a solar storm, and a clear sky.
