I love Peter’s perspective on this. This issue is not that it happened. The issue is the response to it. Miss Bliss did just what she should have done.

No use changing preschools- all the others have ’em too.

Since the class has already been shown (and told) Magic Santa Lice, how would Alice top Kevin’s act? A choreographed song and dance routine? She can control bees with her mind, but that doesn’t make her Bugsby Berkeley..

You mean their last name is not Potterpoop? ;-)

Would Alice make it past the pre-screening interview of any other preschool? “No, I don’t think our school can provide the necessary services to meet Alice’s special and unique abilities.”

Magic Santa Lice sounds like a bad after-school special staring Mickey Rooney.

I for one shall celebrate Kevin’s brilliant ploy in naming them Magic Santa Lice!

But despair not, Madeline and Peter. All will be as well as possible at Blisshaven…

Only ‘lice’ is in her name!
