I love the first one. I’ve had bosses like that.

The second one reminds me of a wonderful short story by “Saki” called THE MAPPINED LIFE, which deals with that very subject.

Well… it finally makes sense. I guess every boss has to start out as the monster under your bed, or in your closet, or in your nightmares. Some bosses were all three.
