Why is Annie outside?

Guard Dog from ‘Mutts’ has now become “our dog” for many Ten Cats readers. He’s the subject of a particularly heart-rending storyline going on now in the “Mutts” strip. For a truly poignant dog story, though, nothing tops the tale of “Peaches” aka “Death Dealer” that ran in Berkeley Breathed’s “Bloom County 2019” strip, entitled “It’s (Never Too Late for) It’s a Wonderful Life” — it ran from December 27, 2019 through January 7, 2020. It’s still available here on GoComics. I can promise you that anyone with a heart will get teary-eyed reading it.

I feel so happy for Guard Dog (Mutts).

All creatures need, want, deserve food, water, shelter, Love and care. GD is going to finally have all this ♥♥♥♥

Good Laurel and Hardy reference. (Technically, it’s “nice mess”, but do you really expect Chesney to get it right?) Can’t say I blame Annie for wanting earplugs, especially if Chesney gets a bullhorn. On another note, saw a raven,a spotted towhee, five chickadees, and a rabbit while out walking today.
