As I have just mentioned on “Andy Capp”, I watched a reshowing of The Revenge of Frankenstein last night. Lionel Jeffries – who voiced Fred Basset in the 1970s animated TV show – had a small part as a grave robber.
Isn’t it funny (in a lovely way!) how the mantelpiece changes from day to day? I would say different rooms but all scenes seem to take place in the living room.
Is there a better scene than a dog, warm, safe and happy, with his people. SPOILER ALERT- Over on the Mutts comic, they just had a very nice arc about Guard Dog finally getting a real home. Very dramatic and touching. It’s on arcamax and a few other places. It’s a long arc that starts around thanksgiving I think.
Must have been those leftovers that they brought back, for you from the cocktail party …….. gave you nightmares …… your nice and safe ……. by that nice fireplace …. Lucky you ……. :)

Been there. Felt that. It’s always such a relief weird dreams aren’t real. Mostly.

Sleeping in front of a fireplace makes it easy to feel like a cat. Heck even I have been known to.. purr.
