It starts at 5 P.M.

Everyone will be nodding off by 6:30!!!

I’ll send my regrets. That’s past my bedtime.

I don’t like driving after dark, so I’ll be leaving your party around 4 P.M.

Wow! That late!

Sounds like our local senior center. Today is the big Christmas party that has been advertised for the past month. It all starts around 11:30 AM with a big feast. It them moves on to dancing. I think the whole thing ends somewhere around 5 PM. I have no idea about too much of what happens. The food is too salty. The dancing/music is not to my tastes. And dressing up… I would rather slip into comfy clothes and watch a movie!

Works for me.

Hmm, we generally run until 8 p.m.

I wonder if Abe Simpson will be there as well?

9pm is the new 11pm that was the new 1am.

When I was young, I liked being in bed by 7:30, but it wasn’t to sleep.

That way she won’t turn into a pumpkin.

Does the party start at 2pm?

I am 79 and I usually get to bed between 1 and 2 am.

Does leave her enough latitude to get home in time for Jeopardy?

Then she heads out to bar hop until dawn.

Have they abandoned the strip? This is 2 days old!
