    Actually, the first thing is get all of the recycle and landfill trash out to the curb. That began just before dark on Christmas afternoon. Half of the bins were nearly overflowing.

    No hurry, the Christmas season doesn’t end until Epiphany, January 6. Take your time, a little at a time. The 3 kings come on Epiphany, give their gifts and the Christmas season ends.

    Since my wife died, I don’t decorate at all. I get to enjoy the decorations at relatives houses on Christmas eve and Christmas day. At my age, no one expects me to host any holiday gatherings.

    I’ll put the wrap away now, but the music and decorations don’t get touched until after New Year’s.
