Condolences to Flo and Ms. Jenny on the loss of your friend. I had a friend like that. We had been friends since she was 5 and I was 3. After she married, she moved around quite a bit before finally settling in Florida. We would talk so long on the phone that eventually the battery on one of our phones would fully drain. Every time we did get together, we would pick things up as if no time had passed. She’s been gone since 2016, and I still miss her.

I’m sorry for your loss. Friends are too few.

Losing friends is hard. Most of my ‘gone too soon’ people have become my ‘higher power’. Always there for me.

So very sorry for your loss, made even harder at this time of year.

I’m sorry! The other side of Christmas is the people that have “crossed the rainbow bridge” no longer taking part in our celebrations. It hurts, but, it’s a good hurt, remembering the good times when they were alive.
