Reminds me of my inventions. I figure if ramen noodles are good enough for Chinese food, with a little sauce, the noodles should also work for Italian, hence five minutes later…, Ramenghetti. Actually pretty good if you use the noodles packaged in a tray, rather than those in the cup.
