Quit the ice cream yet?

You forgot to mention that triple scoop ice cream cone, Len. ‘Fraid you’ll have to cut that out too.

And so Len is enlisted in The Battle of the Bulge.

Condition responds to exercise, weight responds to diet. Very hard to exercise enough to compensate for even a small dietary indiscretion. Gets tougher with age. Also difficult to find distractions to substitute for snacking. Difficult but do-able. What can we task Len with?

Weight loss is like gas prices. It seems to jump up overnight, but takes forever to go back down.

Loose skin……….

When you get to that point (age), you just hope to maintain the weight you’re at. Losing anything is a bonus!

It takes time Len. Keep up the good habits.

So easy to put on; the Devil’s own to get back off.

These things take time, Len.
