The rain did that yesterday.

Snow can also be good for the crops.

Of course, flooding is bad for the crops.

As opposed to some places where the dadgum rain hasn’t even started yet!

Unless the fields get washed out, or the rain is during the harvest or if its perfect and their are bumper crops and the price is so depressed that the farmer doesn’t make enough and the bank forecloses, … Ahh, the good ole days of listening to the farm report in the morning, now long gone.

Dollars signs keep falling to the ground…..

I know rain is “good,” but that doesn’t mean I have to like it. I reach my “too much of a good thing” point very quickly.

So far today my weather looks like Broomie’s and I may never leave the house. Fortunately I have a frozen pizza for later, but I’m out of coffee this morning…

Then let it rain on the crops, not me.

My Niece Jade has a lovely little tattoo on her arm of a daisy in the rain with the words “No Rain No Flowers”. That is just her philosophy on life, seeing the positive in everything.

Rain is great if it comes in and gently soaks and does not flood the fields.
