I can see he’s never done laundry before, EVER!

If we all used soap in that quantity all our rivers, lakes and oceans would be a sea of very tall foam.

Remember the BRADY BUNCH episode where Bobby put a whole box of detergent into the wash?

I remember when Ensign Pulver went to the laundry room to test out the firecracker that he made with fulminated mercury.

He nearly blew up the captain’s bunk from four decks below his stateroom.

My neighborhood laundromat has rules about how much detergent to use.

Eat him up, Foam Monster!! I’m sure there’s bicarbonate in the house for the ensuing indigestion.

I have a sidewinder (front loader). I always use extra rinse in case I used too much soap.

So Slim is 74 years old, married for 46 years, raised two kids, and has never done laundry even once?

I know the strip a couple days ago looked like something ominous was coming for Clovis, but I suspected this- a setup for Slim to make a big mess.

My magic crystal ball predicted this yesterday.

This is a gag that last was used in a 1960s sitcom. Is it possible to even open a washer still in the rinse cycle? My machine is ten years old and you have to shut it down before you can open it.

This is one reason I use those detergent pods. No having to measure, just pop in a pod or two, & you’re good to go.
