I’ve actually pulled this one successfully on a couple of people. It’s amazing!

“Gullible’s Travels”. Horace isn’t so Swift.

“Gullible” is not in the dictionary; look it up.

My mate told me that the word “Gullible” is not in the dictionary. I took one into the pub to prove him wrong and everybody laughed at him so hard.

Couldn’t wait till April 1st, eh?!

Ha! The jokes on them! ……wait!

One of my favorite all time jokes, was a Jay Leno joke when he was a guest of Johnny Carson’s The Tonight Show, he said:

Did you ever look up the word “Dictionary”, in the Dictionary? It says: you’re holding it, you moron! … see Moron. So I looked up moron, and it said: whaaat, you again!

Mine wasn’t either…

Well…not that particular publication of dictionary, at least. ;)

The version I have always heard is “there is no such word as ‘gullible’ in the dictionary”.
