I’m puzzled as to the now common use of the word Semite to refer only to Jewish people. When I looked it up, I was right that it refers to all the peoples of the Middle East. Not just Jewish. The Arabs are Semite. The Palestinians are Semite. As are a number of, but not all, the Jewish people.

The right wing makes up their own definitions to fit their agenda.

Now I know why we have to wait so long for Wuerker cartoons. Perfection takes time.

It’s certainly a case of the pot and the kettle, but the two are not mutually exclusive. The fact that they are much more antisemitic than her and use it to their agenda doesn’t mean she is not a disgrace. Even morons can point in the right direction sometimes.

I appreciate the reminder of exactly WHY Biden decided to oppose Trump in 2020 – the White Power rally in Charlottesville in 2017 provided the push that Joe needed to get in the race against the anti-democratic forces gathering steam at the time…

It should be noted here that Trump’s anti-democratic pronouncements have become MORE strident, and his supporters have become MORE emboldened to oppose democracy in the intervening years…

Even if Trump IS NOT ELECTED in 2024, America faces an existential threat from within, and, if Trump actually wins the election, it’s “Game Over” for the U.S.A….
