I couldn’t listen to music around my children. They thought Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, Deep Purple and Supertramp were “old fogies”. Now they can’t wait to get home to get into my vinyl record collection. I have over 3000 albums. Us baby boomers know what REAL rock music is. None of this one chord guitar and screaming profanity.
I always have music on, if not then my brain starts going in overdrive and I start to think of stuff I don’t want to and then I could go into a panic attack that will last awhile, even when I go to bed I have to have a fan on so that there is background noise. When I am on the computer, I play the streaming of the local radio station I listen to, I have music on in the car, even when I did commmercial and business cleaning for my Dad or our own cleaning company with my then husband I had to have music playing.

It depends on the music. I dare you to say it’s boring when you’re listening to something like Pink Floyd. Or Rossini.

Reading and music go together. I’m surprised Pasquale hasn’t found that out.
