I liked being a roadie. The work was hard but the people were fun. The pay was good. They fed us every 4-5 hours. I got paid to see the shows. Brutus could do worse, like work at an ungrateful cozy company.
Brutus has so much – he often overlooks it. Has a job. Has a family. Has more than a decent life. Has a good heart. Little things like Mother Gargle and self loving boss are livable. Just count your blessing and always see half full glass like Uncle Ted and life will end very well indeed.
Roadies are treated better than regular fans and Rock Stars are one in 10 million. Sell a million tea cosies and you will become that rock star. Shoot for the stars……

I like to think Brutus as a Grateful Dead roadie.

Better than an unemployed Roadie!

I can hear Brutus singing, “On the road again, I just can’t wait to be on the road again…” Apologies to Willie Nelson.

Catering for the crew’s buffet. And a fine job you’re doing with it. The way you sport a hairnet on your mostly bare pate is a stylin’ touch.

Without the roadies, there is no show.

I would think that Brutus is treated like an old rock star, at least by his coworkers.

Poor Brutus. He works hard, but his boss will never appreciate him.

Actually worse Brutus. Even roadies get to “imbibe” after set-up and tear-down. Or so I’m told…

It could be worse, Brutus. Roadies are a big part of every show…just behind the scenes.
