Back in the day, if I had it rough at work, I would put in G n R, and play the entire tape on the way home. By the time I got home, I no longer had an appetite for destruction.
I don’t turn to hard loud rock. I am more likely to go to a mindless video game and knock around some cartoon characters. or take a dog for a long walk

Some music does the exact opposite. There are some ‘artists’ where if they come on, I either have to turn it off, turn the station over or leave
