I don’t think I can take another 30 weeks of this stagnant story line advance. This is about as entertaining as that stupid game on Star Trek Deep Space Nine…..JUMP! Allamerain…..
30 more jumps that 5 pairs of feet (that’s 10 feet ) have to make together. If they are holding on to each other when they jump, a mistake by a single jumper could trap more than one jumper. If the Eye is returning, all it would need to do is distract just one of them enough to make a mistake.
When I compare the early Endtown strip with what we have today, I can’t help thinking that we were better served back then. The story moved quickly, we had many different plots and the artwork was easier to see. Now we wait weeks for excruciatingly slow plot development. I understand the Mr. Neathery is not in the best of health but perhaps he could consider a return to the style of comic that got us so intrigued to start with? This seems to be like throwing us an occasional bone!
Thirty times? We won’t get to see if they make it for another sixty weeks?!I predict somebody will jump a microsecond too late and get his feet stuck. Probably Wally. And they’ll all have to climb on him like a ladder to get out, as he’s tearfully consumed one snap at a time, like a KitKat bar.

Another thirty times or so? If they’re not careful, someone’s going to get their tail cropped.

You can hear Van Halen “Jump” playing in the background. ;~)

Thirty jumps. Get a perfect score, or die. Think you can handle it?

Uh oh, the kid lost his focus. I bet he got his tail end caught in the snap.

Maybe in all the fun and games, they can lose the eyes.

At some point won’t the hole be too narrow for all 4 of them?

I thought reverting to a simpler style might actually be easier for him!

Being a child of the 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s, you learn not to freak out when you start seeing the hazy, floating eyeballs.
