Plus, migrants are easier to stiff on wages and overcharge for substandard housing. They do this with legal migrants, but it’s a whole lot easier with ‘illegal’ migrants. After all, when the ‘illegal’ migrants start demanding their pay, they can just call ICE and have them deported. Much easier and profitable than paying a fair wage, for a fair day’s work.

It’s legal immigration the Repubs hate the most. Which is why they like a slow, complex, often rigged system, that forces the most desperate people to cross illegally.

They are dedicated to protecting Americans, especially the undocumented ones that sneak across the border and don’t understand our laws (like rape and murder).

The cost of having children is a major problem for young families, and while we take wonderful care of rich people, we don’t seem to have much money to help young families. Some governors, like the one in Nebraska, is adamant about not taking federal money to provide food for children, but didn’t I hear about tax cuts in Nebraska? talks about cutting taxes on the well to do, shifting more of the tax burden to lower income people?
