With AIs running things, there’s an opportunity for people to finally have the chance to live (carefully) without being tied to a job.

If society decides to do that.

It was just announced that the Los Angeles Times, California’s largest newspaper, is laying off 110 people, or about a quarter of their news staff.

It’s important that billionaires be in control of the AI because we know billionaires are smart — look at all the tax breaks they get, that proves how smart they are.
