That’s So Raven

The ravens are ravenous.

They’ll get no competition from “turdus migratorius.”

They’re crowing about it is while the tree gets rooked.

What is it, hamburger?

but do they have to crow about it?

Nevermore.

It’s something to chirp about.

I refuse to be rook-ed into making a bad pun for today’s comic.

He said it wouldn’t work, and now he’s eating crow.

To not feed them would be an unkindness.

Who do they have to murder to get bird seed?

If you try to gather a bunch of crows together, is that attempted murder?

Don’t forget about us jaybirds

Nothing to crow about without some Blue Jays.

When I worked in Sausalito there were a couple of large ravens who had staked out the dumpster of the ritziest restaurant on the water as their private larder. Nobody but nobody messed with those ravens. :)
