well, the Groundhog DID say we’re having an early Spring.. which might explain the confusion.

If he wants to know the weather outside, then go outside. Or at least look out a window. Or turn on one of the many “gotterdammerung-crisis-a-minute” weather channels. Poor Ralph: sweet guy with nary a brain.
