She can always vent at the IRS
That’s the last thing you want to do to the one who knows too much.
She should be saying you can’t lay me off,I know too much. And NDA’s are not enforceable in court in criminal cases.
All the more reason to keep her employed.. and happy.
If that’s a sales chart on the wall, it won’t matter much. :)
and don’t forget the NDA you signed when you started…
And look at all the money she’ll get from that tell-all book.

That would be a reason to keep her on. If not, she could give all the info she knows to the competition.
