Dogs are good at waiting—-and they are so joyful when the wait is over.

He’s waited beside the table during meals waiting for somebody to drop piece of that chicken.
And took the occasional order.
He’d like a job as a greeter.
He’s a watchdog. He watches the house. He watches the yard. He watches the people and cars going by on the street. If burglars break in, he will watch them.
