Must be an epidemic of thick skulls!!

THIS is what was missing just before the strip on 03-04! It would’ve made so much more sense.

I did that years ago on a provincial history test. I had no idea what I was writing … just a bunch of words on paper. Fortunately, one of my older cousins was marking the exams and somehow I received a passing grade … “just” passing.

You can’t fake lackadaisicality! (Actually you can, I just wanted to use that word. And actually, I hope it isn’t a word….)

But… If she was stupid, then she’s fine! But… If she was smart, then she’s in trouble. But… Being smart was stupid. But… [WHRRR! FZZT! POP! SSSS….]

Maybe the teacher read your paper last, Agnes.

Agnes will be a writer who goes on to win several Nebula and Hugo awards, becomes a MacArthur Felowship “genius”, has her epic fantasy series turned into a mega-popular Netflix series which earns her millions of dollars.

You could always claim you cheated.
