Like Charlie, I once helped coach two soccer teams of mixed kids and ages. One team was the U13 team of more experienced players and the other was the smaller U11 team. We pitted these two teams for a squimage match and at first the younger players out played the older, more experienced players. The U13’s eventually won when they stopped taking the young players for granted.

That’s about the size of it, CB!
