If it’s cooked in essential oils, like the oil at Chik-Fil-A, then it’s OK.
A lot of restaurants are putting in air fryers. Chicken tastes great air fried.
Everything causes instant death – so what difference does it make. Enjoy!
It is bad for you if fried in lard or bacon grease.
