My daughter, when she was quite young, paid to get her front side windows tinted. A state trooper pulled her over and told her they were illegal and to get them taken off or be fined. I can’t believe they are allowed to sell them and install them if they are illegal. This was in Pennsylvania.
We use sunshades under our cars’ windshields to protect the dashboard when parked in the sun. We got a kick out of one of them which had a warning printed on it: “Do NOT drive with sunshade in place.” Duh! Apparently they felt the need to put that warning on it. I wonder why. LOL
