I like savory snacks more and I never understood why are people addicted to sweet snacks the only sweet things I love are fruits

Fresh crawfish! Yum! Takes a bit a skill to eat them even relatively quickly.

And if you are in Louisiana, and like crawfish, better eat them quickly, or you won’t get many.

etouffee .. Brute?

It’s the beer.

From now on, he’ll be known by the kids as their Craw-Daddy.

They only eat here on special o’Cajuns.

File’, okra, andouille

The flavor sets your mouth aglow;

The fire inside will let you know

That Cajun cookin’ can be grand

(As long as there’s a fire extinguisher on hand).

If people adk, then you can say,

“It’s the gumbo, jambalaya, and the etouffe.”

What a bunch of Mumbo gumbo!
