I do despise the treadmill. But I like jogging outside less. And keeping the legs strong is the number one best thing we can do for overall health. It’s also the best way to keep out of a nursing home as you get older. Fortunately, it has helped me keep up with my kids even as they became adults. And it helps me stay fit to pursue other activities that require leg strength (hiking, pickleball, tennis…). So I do it.

I have an almost 30 year old Treadmill. I bet it has less than 50 miles on it.
It’s just so bloody boring to use!
