There is plenty of ways for flies to die. Most of them a totally unconected with spiders.

I bought a high voltage bug zapper long ago and I will tell you It’s the best at zapping any and all flying pests indoors. Also outdoors if your having a backyard or patio event hang this nearby and it will attract most of the flying annoying pests and zap them. Great investment.
