Seiza posture. I learned that in my late 50s. It takes a while for your circulation to improve to the point where you don’t end up with pins and needles, but it becomes quite comfortable (especially if you ever get a chance to do it on a traditional Japanese mat). And – despite Bub – it automatically makes you keep your back fairly straight, so it’s good for your posture.
