Fleas were bad in Norfolk. I had 5 cats who would get baths once a month before the flea treatment application. I would sequester them in the bathroom and take them out one at a time. When putting them in, they would count heads, when they got to 5 they would all holler “NNNNOOOOOOOOOO!!!!” When I removed them one by one they took the bath well, loved the rosemary water rinse at the end, and sat on the pile of damp towels until the next “victim” was put into the sink. Then they would head out to lick themselves dry. The rosemary rinse gave them soft fluffy fur.

Don’t let the cat outside and you won’t have to bathe the cat.

He’s obviously not feline safe with the task at hand. Luckily Yaffle is up in a tree out of potential harms way.

Once that kitty connects the dots on his external jock strap, he will find out why we let cats wash themselves.
