I once had a coworker who was really cross with her hubby. Can’t remember what he did. Anyway, she cooked him Spagetti Bolognese with a tin of dogfood. He didn’t notice and loved it very much. She was not happy ;-)

In the store, the packaging on some products are not entirely clear as to their intended use.

My dad did the same thing once. Wanted a snack and my mom had put the canned dog food in the bowl. Chunks of meat and you could see carrots in it. Looked like beef stew. Poor Dad. He had dementia and had to be watched closely. But the story shows that we couldn’t watch closely all the time!
