Happened at one place I worked. They laid off a bunch of people and then gave themselves bonuses!!

Wait. Paragon was a games developer? CoH/CoV? Yeah, NCSoft did us dirty there, but.. What’s that got to do with streaming? (If one is missing CoH, google city of heroes homecoming, real internet stuff has got your back..)

I really think execs ought to lose a portion of their salary for every person they lay off.

Have witnessed many times people being promoted to a higher level of incompetency. It destroys companies every time. It just takes it longer for some, than others.

That guy is actually right. Failing upwards would be getting your job for a $10 million raise over what you’re getting.

But mostly upward.
