Isn’t Death usually depicted as some form of skeleton? If so, why does this one have such a large nose?

Death takes many forms: Bored to Death, Death of Rats, Death of old, fat Witches with Big Noses, Death of people who whine about slow cars in the fast lane when they really are trying to speed, etc
