Ok, this is very old tech, but it’s like the guy furiously clicking away with his camera and not noticing he still has the lens cap on. (Obviously for cameras that didn’t have thru-lens metering).
I have at least 3 coworkers in my department whom I almost never see, that work remotely around 95% of their hours or more, make considerably more money than I do, and probably would not be noticed if they did not show up for an entire month.
