Bending down is easy, it’s the coming back up that’s the problem!
Really like that I can’t tell if the patient is a man or a woman! Either way, funny!
Gonna have to guess where the stitches were placed that would make bending so painful. Not a pretty thought.
Threw out my back a couple of weeks ago. Couldn’t even bend over to put on socks.
Exercises don’t wait until stitches are removed anymore. They begin immediately.
Physical therapy starts right away. Easy at first, the exercises get more difficult as time goes by
Remember the classic Ron White line, “The only way I could touch my toes is if someone cut off my feet and handed them to me.”
and then a forklift to get him back up
Yep, not even a sun dial will work.
They are making the floor further away and harder to reach. I could touch my toes if they were on my knees.
He’ll be up by Christmas.
