It was very polite of Andy to make an excuse rather than run straight out.

USA Memorial Day folks. All gave some – some gave all. Our Hero Andy served in North Africa during World War II as his creator Reg Smythe himself did. And remember MALTA for our late friend and his favorite nosh.

I don’t blame Andy for heading off to the pub.

Andy’s mug is like an old suitcase. It’s flown all over the place many times.

And to make sure they are gone by the time he comes back, he’s booked a room at the local constabulary.

Don’t blame him.

Andy would rather not face them sober. (Or face them at all.)

Despite his occasional outbursts, Andy generally finds sensible solutions to life’s problems.
